Rose Quartz Body Stone
A stone for the heart, held in the hand.
Rose Quartz Body Stone is a larger piece of rose quartz, shaped with a soft concave heart so it rests along the curves of the body. Warm it between your palms first. After the bath, with a little oil on the skin, press it slowly along the arms, the legs, the neck, always moving toward the heart.
Rose quartz has long been the stone of tenderness. This month, on the Heart Shelf, it is the one we keep by the bed: a reminder to touch yourself with the same gentleness you give everyone else.

- Natural rose quartz, concave heart shape.
- Use over oiled skin, with light pressure.
- Rinse in cool water and dry with a soft cloth. Each stone is natural, so colour and markings vary.
