2. Your health, in your own words
Sharing is voluntary and private. Tell us only what you're comfortable telling us. It helps Sovara'el understand where you are and whether these six weeks can hold you well. We never ask for records or test results here.
What are you walking through right now? Share any diagnosis or condition you choose to share. As much or as little as you like.
When did this begin, or when were you diagnosed?

3. Your readiness and commitment
This is the heart of the application. The daily regimen is the immersion: fresh juice every hour and a salt-free sanctuary soup twice a day, every day, for six weeks. It works best for people who are ready to follow it fully, and gently. Please answer honestly. There are no wrong answers, only true ones.
Why now? What has brought you to this point? *
What does "whatever it takes" mean to you, in practical, everyday terms? *
Have you followed a juicing, plant-based or whole-food way of eating before? *
Yes, for a long stretch Yes, for a short time I've tried a little No, this would be new
If yes, tell us what you did and for how long.
How do you feel about fresh juice every hour and salt-free soup twice a day, every day, for six weeks? *

Tell us about a time you started a health change and stopped. What happened, and why? *
What could get in the way of following the regimen fully here, and what will you do when it shows up? *

When something feels hard or you disagree with part of the regimen, how do you usually respond? * For example: you talk it through, you push through, you quietly skip it, you look for another way.
4. Your companion
A companion is required. Every guest comes with one person who can speak for you if needed, and who learns the daily rhythm, the full juicing and soup preparation, and your care, so they can support you at home. Companion arrangements are discussed personally on the call.
