Castor Oil
The evening pack, warm and slow.
Castor Oil is a thick, golden oil in a glass bottle, kept for the night ritual. Pour a little onto a soft cloth, warm it, and lay it over the belly or wherever you are holding the day. Cover it, lie back, and rest for a while. Or press a few drops into the skin after the bath.
It is the middle step of our Evening Ritual Set: the plate, then a little castor oil, then the rose quartz stone, pressed slowly toward the heart.
