Taste of Galina: Living Spices from Land to Sanctuary

Bowls of turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, saffron and rose petals in soft valley light

There are women who carry the memory of the earth in their hands. Galina is one of them.

Taste of Galina is more than a business. It is the beginning of a sanctuary: a place where spices are grown, tended, and offered from living soil. Galina is building this with her own hands, and she is carrying the vision all the way to India, where she will one day grow and produce her spices on her own land.

In the living village we are creating, true wealth looks like this: women returning to the earth, planting what nourishes, and sharing it with others who are ready to live closer to the source. Galina's spices are not simply ingredients. They are carriers of place, of intention, of the slow work of tending what is real.

She is already part of the Sovereign Valley Market. That means her offering sits inside the same field we are building together: makers who understand that the future is not bought, it is grown.

We honor her here so the whole field can see her and taste what she brings.
